renaming uvccrc.symlink to not get symlink

Not sure what's going on with uvcc, but if I have ~/.uvccrc it complains about not being able to find a _different_ .uvccrc with a weird path of `/usr/local/lib/node_modules/uvcc/dist/Users/yossef/.uvccrc` What the hell?
