Initial Deployed Version 0.1.1

This version contains code based upon the initial version of dependencies. However, these dependencies do not work with a newer version of Python so I used Python(3.6.8) version. A newer version of libraries does not contain all functions which are used in this application. So I used pip install -r requirements.txt to install earlier versions of libraries.

This version worked fine after deploying into Heroku. But some of the dependencies are deprecated now.
