Small typo in yarn workspaces foreach: include -> exclude (#6561)

## What's the problem this PR addresses?

The log message when an `--exclude` is applied during `yarn workspaces
foreach` seems inaccurate. It currently reports that we matched the
_include_ but it should probably say that we matched the _exclude_.
