Add timeouts to prevent downloads from timing out in minutes. Add retries to all downloads (the only way I was able to download my entire library).

This PR adds timeouts and retries to all downloads.
I was having downloads time out in minutes, which was significantly slowing down my ability to pull my library.
Also couple this with retries so that if it times out, it tries again.
