A personal Codex skill for checking ChatGPT/Codex rate-limit reset credits from local Codex credentials and producing a sanitized daily report.

The skill is designed to read only ~/.codex/auth.json and never print or store access tokens, refresh tokens, cookies, Authorization headers, or full unique IDs.
The report should only contain sanitized credit information.
Use it when you want a compact daily reminder for reset-credit expiry, especially before planning larger Codex tasks.
