已合并，但修改了一些内容，建议自行修改app.php配置中的enable为字符串 |

嗯，我没有全部阅读代码，以为app.php中配置为bool，其他的地方会用的bool，所以仅仅修改了注册时候为字符串 |

主要是解决服务注册的时候，enabled为布尔类型，导致该字段无效的问题。
目前enabled配置了true，但是在使用过程中发现服务实例并未上线
