i18n(fr): update guides/typescript and linking in other pages

Adds changes from #12388 to the French translation of guides/typescripts and updates several other pages to link to the new section.

Because #12319 was merged in the meantime, I also added those changes to integrations-guide/alpinejs.mdx and integrations-guide/vercel.mdx!
