跨全平台支持SSL和移动平台，在XE10.3，XE10.4和XE4下运行通过，在delphi-mqtt(https://github.com/pjde/delphi-mqtt) 的基础上修改，使用SynapseTCP(https://github.com/TetrisSQC/SynapseTCP, 注最新版本已不支持ios了，要用旧版本) 做为通讯底层，实现了跨平台。
