Private Hugging Face Jobs script fetches failed before container secrets were available, nested configs could not prepare local datasets, and plugin updates retained deleted skill references. This release fixes those paths and adds terminal privacy penalties that remain active outside cascade masks and reward weights.
The release also includes the existing bounded training preparation commit, legacy project adapter migration, source-preserving checkpoint hash caching with bounded concurrency, updated canonical plugin workflow documentation, and preservation of the canonical Git-backed native Codex marketplace. Package and plugin versions are 0.21.1; carl-core remains 0.3.0.
Validation: 4,416 Python tests passed, 29 skipped; no introduced Ruff/Pyright diagnostics; source archive and wheel built; fresh installed-wheel smoke passed. Native Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode completion and cancellation passed against synthetic localhost providers. HF Jobs calls were mocked; no paid job was submitted.
