쪽지 시간대 미리 불러오는 로직 추가로 발생한 버그입니다.
기존 쪽지 상태를 불러오는 로직이, 쪽지 시간대가 변경될 때 불러오고 있었는데,
미리 쪽지 시간대를 불러와서 해당 로직이 수행되지 않는 버그가 발생했어요 .
