This PR introduces a sophisticated NFT minting system on Starknet that brings together the best of DeFi pricing mechanisms and NFT technology. The WeaverScoreCardNftMinter contract enables users to mint WeaverNFTs for a fixed USD price ($1) while paying in STRK tokens at real-time exchange rates powered by Pragma Oracle.
