As a chair I would like to understand the horizontal review status across all the specifications my group is working on.

It would be nice if it were formatted as nicely as in https://www.w3.org/PM/horizontal/, but yes that provides the information I was looking for. Is that page linked from this dashboard, or is it a separate tool?
