Updated the url to the correct documentation as the previous url was not active anymore after the changes in the developer portal.

What is the purpose of this pull request?
Updated the url to the correct documentation as the previous url was not active anymore after the changes in the developer portal.
What problem is this solving?
As the documentation was not working , people wont be able to find the proper documentation for that specific course.
