• bumped fontawesome version to v5.15.4
• bumped bootstrap to v5.1.0
• added popperjs v2.9.3 (required by bootstrap)
• bumped jquery to v3.6.0 (not required by bootstrap)
• replaced node-sass with the dart-sass
• kicked out babel
• simplified gulp compilation and added comments
• significantly simplified sass import structure for theming
• improved readme file with the explanations and a small graph of sass structure
