Phrase feature cut phrases at punctuation marks to extract fragments from original text, avoiding cut in the middle of a phrase
Eg.:
i-wish-either-my-father-or-my-mother-or-indeed-both-of-them # you get this
i-wish-either-my-father-or-my-mother-or-indeed-both-of-them-as-they # instead this, cut in the middle of phrase
