Local migration: FAIL (dependency policy). pnpm strict peer dependency validation rejects unplugin 3.3.0 because @stylexjs/unplugin 0.18.3 requires ^2.3.11. Final preview packages resolved to commit 57939439ddcb16d9f54ebf7d41432893182ee46d.
