Display Actor Information in Tile Tooltips #106

Adds actor's name and health to the tile tooltip if an actor is present. Also changes the tooltip's background color to differentiate it from a regular tile tooltip. Added a `name()` method to the `Actor` interface and implemented it in all subclasses. Updated `TooltipDeterminer` to check for an actor and display its information.
