• Update backend dependencies to resolve Add Python 3.13 support #183

Steps to test

• poetry shell
• poetry install
• poetry run pytest

The CI build is failing because coveralls is still to add support for Python 3.13. Related issues:

• Python 3.13 TheKevJames/coveralls-python#549
• Loosen python version requirement from >=3.9,<3.13 to >=3.9 TheKevJames/coveralls-python#523
