Major updates to Mumemto

  • Simplified command line parameters (see README for usage)
  • Updated installation (conda and pip support)
  • New command line interface for downstream analysis (mumemto viz, etc.)
  • Modified reverse complement offset representation for efficient visualization and parsing
  • Restructured core algorithm to use single MEM-based match finder, implementing faster partial MUM finding
