provision-repo: remove stale provision-repo.sh#54
Merged
Conversation
roster uses a different review-gate model (a pull_request_review state-check workflow with an approver allowlist, not the deployment-environment gate), and its provision-repo.sh had drifted to an older template revision (no branch cleanup, no release immutability, no env gate). Drop the stale script rather than leave a misleading half-applied governance source in the tree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Removes
scripts/provision-repo.sh.roster gates merges with a
pull_request_reviewstate-check workflow (approver allowlist + LGTM), not the deployment-environment gate the typescript/go templates use. The committedprovision-repo.shhad also drifted to an older template revision (missing branch cleanup, release immutability, and the env gate), so it no longer described roster's actual governance. Dropping it avoids a misleading half-applied settings source.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
