After the demo today, someone pointed out that 768 was also a valid (and common) vector size. After discussion in Slack, decided that all sized vectors were valid (although a 3-number vector isn't useful, it's still valid), so we removed the size restrictions and just enforce the vector has to be non-empty (otherwise just don't include the fingerprint field)
