  • Adds
    • sueids, dloas, measres, intuse and their tests
  • Updates
    • oemid to support ieee-pen (int) and to encode / decode with base64url (CDDL compliant)
  • Fixes (can be split into other PR)
    • f8c2e00: following the encoding / decoding profile, e.g. cbor.Marshal to em.Marshal

This PR depends on the #37 , because some field uses the B64Url .
