P1 Badge Regress SDK version to 0.3.3

The new regeneration resets spec.version from 1.10.0 back to 0.3.3. Publishing a gem with a lower version than the current release is rejected by RubyGems and would block the next release; consumers would also see the downgraded version in the X-Fern-SDK-Version header added in lib/requests.rb. This should continue forward from 1.10.x rather than reverting to a pre-1.0 build.
