P1 Badge Avoid downgrading SDK version to 0.3.3

The regenerated files now set spec.version (and the accompanying X-Fern-SDK-Version headers) to 0.3.3, which is a regression from the current released version 1.10.0. RubyGems only accepts monotonically increasing versions, so attempting to publish this build will be rejected and any instrumentation will report an outdated SDK version. Unless the project is intentionally rolling back to a pre–1.0 series, the version should continue incrementing from 1.10.0 rather than dropping to 0.3.3.
