P1 Badge Avoid downgrading gem version to 0.3.3

The gemspec now sets spec.version to "0.3.3", replacing the previously released 1.10.0. Publishing a new build with a lower semantic version is rejected by RubyGems and would also cause all request headers (updated in the same commit) to report an older SDK version, making telemetry and dependency management inconsistent. Unless the project is intentionally reverting to a pre‑1.0 API, the version should continue monotonically from 1.10.0 rather than dropping to 0.3.3.
