Description of changes
#1050 Mistakenly made changes to CZQM and CZQX's entries causing our sector ownership to not display correctly. This PR reverts that change.
Reason and motivation
Our FIR consists of CZQM_CTR and CZQX_CTR. When one is not online, the other takes control of its airspace. #1050 removed the functionality to display this, this PR re-adds that functionality
