🧠 Mindly – Mental & Habit Tracker App (UI/UX Design)

Mindly is a mental health and habit tracker mobile app UI/UX design created as part of an internship Task 2 project.
The app focuses on helping users build healthy habits, track progress, and improve mental well-being through a clean, calming, and user-friendly interface.


📌 Project Overview

Mental health apps must be simple, supportive, and non-overwhelming.
Mindly is designed with a user-first approach, combining habit tracking, mindfulness, and progress visualization into one seamless experience.

This repository contains the UI/UX design only (no backend or frontend code).


🎯 Objectives

  • Design an intuitive habit tracker for daily routines
  • Create a calming interface suitable for mental wellness
  • Ensure easy navigation and minimal cognitive load
  • Present progress clearly using visual indicators
