WIP: point vana-connect skill at the CLI

Summary

• update the vana-connect skill to use the built local vana CLI instead of the old script-first flow
• make setup CLI-first via dist/cli/bin.js setup --yes
• make the connect flow CLI-first via sources --json, status --json, and connect <platform>

Details

• SKILL.md now treats the CLI as the primary interface
• SETUP.md now builds vana-connect and provisions runtime through the CLI
• raw script usage remains documented only as a legacy/debug fallback

Notes

• this is intentionally a WIP PR
• the corresponding CLI implementation lives in vana-connect and is tracked separately
• this PR does not move or remove legacy scripts yet; it only changes the skill surface
