This PR replaces the legacy Android project with a Python-based Photo Frame application designed for Raspberry Pi 4B.

Features:

  • Fetches photos from a Google Photos album "Frame".
  • Rotates images every 30 seconds.
  • Turns off display between 10 PM and 7 AM (configurable).
  • Caches images to reduce bandwidth.
  • Uses PyGame for efficient rendering.

Note:

  • Requires vcgencmd (available on RPi OS) for display power control.
  • Requires Google Cloud credentials (client_secret.json).
