Hi Karl. I am not sure this really helps. When it is about virtualization (libvirt and kvm, essentially), i don't think there is anything wrong with terms like "virtual host", "virtualized system", "virtualization host", etc.

The problem arises from the "Virtual Hosts Manager", which has nothing to do with "virtual" systems, despite the name. This thing lists "foreign" systems and would be better named "Foreign Hosts Manager" or "Foreign Systems Manager"... but that's probably something for developers.
