Compatible local group isomorphisms that carry both the rational image and the chosen product reference subgroup onto the specified target subgroups induce a bijection of finite adelic double cosets. Add explicit forward and inverse proofs for O, SO and Spin, then distinguish finite-change invariance of the ambient restricted product from everywhere equality of product references. A C2 example shows that one changed reference can change the number of double cosets.

Extend the comparison section’s three-paragraph opening and append two proposition cards, preserving existing addresses and child order. The change is limited to three files and 181 added/deleted lines.

Validation: just build, ./lize.sh fcap-0001, ./verify-forester-output.sh output/forest fcap-0001 and CI=1 just pre-push passed, including 27 tests. One warning-driven settling pass left AUX, BRF, OUT and PDF bytes unchanged and cleared the rerun diagnostics. Exact-head Pages and PR lint CI passed. The complete 5,760-file official artifact is accounted for, including all 14 PDFs; its 219-page FCAP PDF received full overview and selected full-page review.

Rendered checks cover 22 desktop/320px contexts, six native equation scrollers with endpoint/return checks, six formal declaration arrivals, the Conrad citation and a comparison backlink. Inherited layout and provider limits remain; these are finite checks, with no new Lean build or kernel-correctness claim. Publication verification follows merge.
