The HTML preview in trmnlp serve draws scaled devices at their CSS size again, so the TRMNL X fits its 1040 by 780 frame instead of drawing 1872 by 1404. Broken since 0.16.0. Reported on Discord by pmishra.

The HTML preview in trmnlp serve has drawn a scaled device at its pixel
ratio since 0.16.0, which dropped the picker's screen--1x class. The
preview frame has the device's CSS size, so a TRMNL X drew 1872 pixels
wide in a 1040 pixel frame. #284 pinned that size in a spec.

The live preview now keeps --pixel-ratio at 1. Scripts still measure
the same layout, so the table limit and clamp specs from #284 pass
unchanged. PNG renders and trmnlp test do not use this path.

Releases the boolean fields and option screens of the publishable
recipe (#292), and the TRMNL X fitting the live preview again (#294).
The minor version moves because option_screens is a new argument the
core recipe review passes.
