Add initial GSoC'26 blog post covering the first weeks of work: the musl libc upgrade from 1.2.3 to 1.2.5, the lwIP upgrade from 2.1.x to 2.2.1, a QEMU SIGTTIN fix for catalog-core, and integration test results across QEMU, Firecracker, and Xen.
