CLDR-19119
In supplemental currencyData/fractions, remove entry for RSD so it uses DEFAULT values digits="2" rounding="0". There is already a unit test in TestSupplementalInfo.TestCurrencyDecimalPlaces() that checks the currencyData/fractions digits value against the current ISO 4217 data and logs mismatches (some of which are intentional), and the former mismatch for RSD no longer happens with this fix.
