Summary

  • allow the Add+ placeholder card to be toggled on app store pages while keeping 006 locked in place
  • persist Add+ toggle state to localStorage so dashboards hide or show the shortcut accordingly, except on dashboard 006 where it must remain visible
  • align the dynamic 002b page with the new toggle behaviour and remove hardcoded disabling when not protected
