ElderAid is a cross-platform application designed to connect elderly individuals with volunteers in their community, offering mutual support and meaningful interaction. The app allows elderly users to post tasks they need help with, while volunteers can pick up these tasks and earn PVSA-certified volunteer hours in the process.
- Task Posting for Elderly: Elderly users can easily post tasks they need assistance with, such as errands, home chores, or companionship.
- Volunteer Matching: Community volunteers can view nearby tasks and accept them based on availability and interest.
- PVSA Hours Tracking: Volunteers earn PVSA (President's Volunteer Service Award) certified hours as they complete tasks.
