Adds a scrapers/ package with per-site modules (mentalmars.py, gamedevtools.py, xsmashx88x.py) each exposing a scrape() function returning standard code dicts. merge_shiftcodes.py now calls all scrapers alongside the existing GitHub repo fetches, with per-source error isolation. Copied and pasted the codes from mentalmars.com pages for each of the supported games into claude, gave it the json format, and had it generate a new codes json. Then had it write the python to import the new codes into the shiftcodes.json.
