Android host driver for USB serial adapters, currently working with CDC-ACM devices.
Currently it is far from being feature-complete, and bug reports will be helpful.

TODO:
- Implement drivers for other serial adapters, for example, those with FTDI, Prolific, or CH34x chips.
- Solve the known problem of not detecting device disconnection event.
