TraceDoctor support for FireSim.

TraceDoctor is a high-performance tracing interface that allows efficient tracing of arbitrary signals in a FireSim simulation. TraceDoctor employs a highly parallel worker framework to parse tracing data and enables on-the-fly compression of information to cope with huge amounts of tracing data. I'm not sure how to handle sub repositories with such an PR. Changes to the following subrepositories should be handled individually:

@bgottschall I opened a few PRs in rocket-chip/boom/testchipip adding an API to avoid having to create a whole new set of BundleBridge components.

The new API should support arbitrary signals being traced out of the core.

If that API looks good, we can push the rocket-chip PR through, then update this PR (or another) once rocket-chip gets bumped in Chipyard.

At this point, the APIs necessary for TraceDoctor in the RTL generators have been upstreamed and merged into main. The remaining work to be done remains solely in Firesim, in the implementation of the TraceBridge and TraceDriver.
