Pillow 13 and filelock 4.2.1, the fixes for the open Dependabot advisories, require Python 3.11, and 3.10 reaches its end of life this month, so requires-python moves to >=3.11. The lock takes Pillow 13.0.0, filelock 4.2.4 and virtualenv 21.14.12. virtualenv 21.14.13 (GHSA-cx6f-vjhg-g3cc) is still inside the three-day exclude-newer window.
