fix: update dependencies and remove lockfile

This PR updates dependencies and removes the lockfile as requested:

Changes

• ✅ Updated all tscircuit dependencies to latest versions
• ✅ Updated circuit-json from ^0.0.326 to ^0.0.387
• ✅ Removed bun.lock file
• ✅ Added @tscircuit/plop to devDependencies
• ✅ bunfig.toml already configured with lockfile saving disabled

Dependency Updates

Key updates include:

• tscircuit: ^0.0.1012 → ^0.0.1393
• circuit-json: ^0.0.326 → ^0.0.387
• @tscircuit/3d-viewer: ^0.0.450 → ^0.0.526
• @tscircuit/pcb-viewer: ^1.11.343 → ^1.11.344
• vite: ^6.4.1 → ^7.3.1
