Rebuild images regularly to make sure things are still building and we get new versions of the dependent projects. This will help catch issues earlier.

LGTM, but NB that the operator integration tests currently depend on the image as per #45 (unmerged). What's worse is that we're failing to reproduce the build that the integration tests are using, which is at quay.io/trusted-execution-clusters/fedora-coreos-kubevirt:latest. Post trusted-execution-clusters/operator#124 we should be able to use a current build of the image (and merge, and automate the build process, but that's unlikely to be able to run on a public GHA runner)

Also the trustee image is built from our fork which isn't necessary anymore and lead to old version of trustee |
