v07 client was backported for ease to migrate from v07 to v08 in #45. Actually `PerfectQueue::Client` and `PerfectQueue::Backend` are only supported `type: 'rdb_compat'`. https://github.com/treasure-data/perfectqueue/blob/v0.8.49/lib/perfectqueue/client.rb#L25 https://github.com/treasure-data/perfectqueue/blob/v0.8.49/lib/perfectqueue/backend.rb#L22 These client is unnecessary for v09 I think.
