Code Review

This pull request aims to enable Renovate for automatic dependency updates in the Earthfile by introducing a custom manager. The regular expression for the custom manager has a flaw that will prevent it from matching versions. Additionally, there's a critical issue with a missing variable definition in the Earthfile that would break the build, and a couple of renovate directives are misplaced.
