Trying to navigate through the contents of README got me frustrated. Cross references don't seem to work on both GitHub and Pub. I fixed that by removing the prefix large_blue_diamond (the emoji) from anchor name, which is ignored by markdown.
Also, I did notice that Implementation and Licence were not comprised by Contents. I'm not sure whether this is intended or not, and couldn't find any PR that proposed any related change, so I added them. Please, let me know if this is not what you expect (perhaps those contents are not relevant), so I can removed them.
