Request isolation through pytest configuration after tox starts its environment checker. Pluggy accepts the hook without its unused argument.

Update the pre-commit hooks and resolve the new lint findings without adding suppressions. Pytest requests environment isolation after tox starts its environment checker; the plugin hook accepts only the argument it uses.
