Fixed a 404 error caused by an incorrect path reference to site.webmanifest.
Updated the manifest URL to match the correct subdirectory structure (/code-quality/images/site.webmanifest).
Verified locally that the manifest file now loads correctly without any missing resource errors.

site.webmanifest 경로 참조 오류로 발생하던 404 에러를 수정했습니다.
manifest URL을 올바른 하위 디렉토리 구조(/code-quality/images/site.webmanifest)에 맞게 업데이트했습니다.
로컬(http://localhost:5173/code-quality/images/site.webmanifest)에서 정상적으로 manifest 파일이 로드되는 것을 확인했습니다. (누락된 리소스 없음)
