Fix .claude/skills symlink to use relative path - #27

The symlink pointed at an absolute macOS path (/Users/danielezer/PycharmProjects/tritokti/.agents/skills), so it dangled on any other machine and Claude Code found no skills. On any other machine that target doesn't exist, so the symlink dangles and Claude Code discovers no skills — the/spyre-*and/td-*slash-command completions silently disappear.Repoint it at the relative path
