Glue support and Postgres tests. [Rajat Venkatesh]

Add support to add parameters in Glue catalog with metadata on PII.
The commit also contains the following major changes:

• Reorganize output format options to add glue.
• Rename orm to store.
• Rename models to db.
• Remove a couple of warnings in tests.
• Refactor explorers and add glue store.
• Enable postgres tests
