Added new UI colors

Visual studio can be customised further now and we can change UI colors. I converted your .tmthemes and customised the UI according to the original theme.

Feel free to review the code if you want me to change some colors. I didn't touched the light theme (since I don't use it, but I converted it to json if someone wants to take the challenge)

Hi @Grafikart thanks for your message! I've converted the theme over to use the new JSON format, and added a UI theme that better represents my brand.

If you'd like to provide an additional theme to include rather than changing the existing, that could work too, provided that it doesn't change too much from the original. Do you know which colours have changed from the original? Unfortunately with such a big diff and change in format, it's not easy to see what you have changed.

I like your design as a complementing, less-pink version of the UI theme I just launched, as I understand now that I've done the UI theme with more vibrant colours, that such a theme may not appeal to everyone.

I've created an issue to accommodate a new, more grey UI theme: #13

I'm going to close this issue considering this is a modification of the existing theme, which has been rewritten, and the diff is huge. A new theme would be preferred. Details re: contributing in the above-mentioned issue.
